* *Brown Rice, medium grain, 2 cup (remove) * Lentils, 1 cup (remove) * Onions, raw, .25 cup, chopped (remove) * Olive Oil, 1 tbsp (remove) * Water, tap, 4.25 cup (8 fl oz) (remove)
Toss all ingredients except veggies into a rice cooker. Delay timer/ Brown rice setting. Microwave veggies when ready to eat. Mix together.
