Oatmeal Raisin Applesauce Muffins

Ingredients
1 1/2 cups Flour1 1/2 cups Quaker Instant Oats1/2 tsp. Cinnamon1 tsp. Baking Powder3/4 tsp. Baking SodaPinch of Salt1 cup Applesauce (unsweetened)2/3 cup reduced fat milk1/4 cup Splenda1/4 cup packed brown sugar2 Tbsp. Oil (I used Vegetable)1 Egg (large)1 cup firmly packed raisins
Directions
Makes about 18 Muffins or 1 loaf

Add all ingredients in large bowl. Stir. Mix will be chunky.
Fill Muffin cups 2/3 full, or loaf pan 2/3 full

Bake at 325 for 20-30 minutes or until muffins feel firm. Should be a light brown on top.
