Baked Chicken Chimichangas

Ingredients
16 oz chicken breast, cooked & shredded2 cups salsa (use your favorite)1 Tbsp chili powder2 tsp ground cumin1 tsp ground cinnamon8- 8 inch flour tortillasolive oil cooking spray
Directions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

Combine chicken, salsa, chili powder, cumin, and cinnamon in a skillet and bring to a simmer.

Spray cookie sheet/ jelly roll pan with pan spray. Divide mixture among 8 tortilla, fold in sides and roll up. Lay each chimichanga, seam side down, on the cookie sheet. Spray with cooking spray. Bake 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown.

Serve with beans & rice, sour cream, etc... Makes 8 servings.
