Shrimp and tomato in mustard sauce

Ingredients
Shrimp, cooked, 16 oz Garlic, 2 clove mincedSmart Balance, Smart Balance Light Buttery Spread, 1/2 TbspShallot, 1 tbsp Dijon Mustard, 2 tbspPepper, black, 1/8 tsp2 Roma tomatoes, dicedWhite Wine, 4 fl oz
Directions
In a non-stick skillet, melt the smart balance. Add the garlic and shallot, cook until tender. Add the wine, bring to a boil and reduce to 1/4 cup. Stir in the mustard. Add the shrimp, reduce heat to medium-low. Cook shrimp on both sides until pink throughout. Add the tomatoes and serve.
