1/2 cup 1% Cottage Cheese1/2 oz Neufchatel Cheese1/2 cup Nonfat Milk2 tsp Stevia1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract1/4 cup Berries (your choice)
Blend ingredients in a blender until smooth and creamy. Pour into a glass and enjoy!

Delicious!! I HATE cottage cheese, I've tried so many times to eat it and it's one of the few things that makes me literally gag but you cant notice it in this smoothie. I wouldn't say it tastes like cheesecake though, more like a thick yogurt but good nonetheless. I used frozen strawberries. - 7/6/10

It is like cream cheese, but softer and lower in fat. You should be able to find it in the grocery store, right next to the cream cheese. Good luck!
