Mini crustless Ham & broccoli quiche

Ingredients
160 grams cubed ham60 grams broccoli88 grams lite cheddar cheese1 cup skim milk4 eggs1/2 tsp salt1/2 tsp dry ground mustard1/2 tsp pepper
Directions
In a lrg muffin tin (6 portions) layer ham, cheese then broccoli. (grease pan if metal, I use silicone muffin pan) por approximately 1/2 cup of egg mixture in each cup (about 3/4 full). Bake in a pre-heated 375 degree oven for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown
