HCG Spinach with onion

Ingredients
Spinach, Onion, Green Chilli, Garlic, Mustard and Cumin seeds, Coconut oil, Salt
Directions
Steam spinach, onion and green chilli together and blend it with a dash of salt. Heat 2 tsps coconut oil in a pan and add the seeds, garlic followed by the blended mixture. Serve hot. If vegetarian and on HCG you can use non fat cottage cheese to it. Add it with the garlic and fry it for a min before adding the blended mixture.
