2 pounds Pollack fillets4 teaspoons olive oil 4 teaspoons yellow mustard1/2 teaspoon dried dill weed3/4 cup Panko bread crumbs2 tablespoons dried parsley1/2 teaspoon Hungarian paprika1/4 teaspoon salt
Place fish skin side down in a baking dish. Sprinkle fish with pepper, dill and garlic powder. Put one teaspoon of mustard on each piece of fish. In a bowl, combine bread crumbs, dill weed, paprika, parsley, salt and olive oil. Spread on top of fish.
Bake for 20-25 minutes until done. Makes 6 servings.
