7 oz. can salmon, drained1 1/2 c. blanched asparagus pieces3 T. Lemon juice3 T. chopped dill2.5 T. olive oil2 T. capers2 tsp. lemon zest1/2 tsp. salt1/2 tsp. pepper4 c. cooked bowties1/3 c. shredded parmeson
Directions
Serves 4.
Mix salmon, asparagus, lemon juice, dill, oilive oil, capers and lemon zest, salt and pepper in a bowl. Stir in cooked bowties and 1/3 c. shredded parmesan.
