i love banitsa! but are you sure it has 54 servings? - 8/24/10

I'm glad you like the recipe. It does have 54 servings but it's true they are tiny. I would have 1 serving for a snack and 2-3 for, say, breakfast. The reason I put them down as 54 is that in my 9x13 pan, I just happened to cut it in 9 strips lengthwise and 6 along the width. Hence, 54. Enjoy!!
