Ingredients
1 c. light bulgur3 ripe tomatoes chopped1.5 c fresh parsley minced1 medium tomato3 medium scallions sliced fine1/2 c lemon juice1/4 c olive oil1 T dill weed1 tsp garlic salt
Directions
Soak bulgur in 3 cups water for 2-3 hours. Drain WELL! Stir in chopped vegetables and then pour dressing over top. Chill well.
