Sunshine Eggs

9 eggs1/2 cup peppers1/4 cup onions1/2 cup veggie broth1/2 cup shredded cheddar
Directions
whip eggs with veggie broth. Saute onions and pepper in butter. Add eggs. Cook until hardened. Add cheese, blend to melt. Serve. 4 servings.
