Easy Gazpacho

Ingredients
3 Red Tomatoes1 Cucumber (peeled)1 Rosemary stem. (Not the stem, just the leaves)1-2 garlic clovesdash of salt3 Cups of Tomatoe Juice (more or less depending on how thick you want your soup)Fat Free Garlic Croutons.
Directions
Blend all ingredients except for croutons into a food processor or blender. Chill for at least one hour. Serve with croutons.

*You can substitue basil for rosemary and change the amount of herb to your own taste.
