16 oz. broccoli slaw1 pkg surimi (8 oz)1 cup sliced almonds1/4 cup sesame seeds1 can hearts of palm, drained and chopped1 can chopped pineapple, drained (juice reserved for dressing)Dressing: reserved pineapple juicerice wine vinegarsesame oilcanola oilsaltvegetarian stir fry saucegrated ginger
Directions
Combine ingredients. In small cruet, combine ingredients for dressing. Dress, toss, and serve. Great lunch!
