Turkey Stroganoff

½ C chopped onions1 clove of chopped garlic1 T Smart Balance Buttery Spread1 lb. of 99% fat free ground turkey8 oz jar of mushroom slices1 T corn starchsalt and pepper to taste1 can 98% fat free Cream of Chicken soup8 oz low fat sour creamEgg noodles
Sautee ½ cup of chopped onions and 1 clove of chopped garlic in "butter."
Add 1 lb. of turkey and brown. Add 8 oz jar of mushroom slices.
Cook for about 10 minutes. Stir in 1 T Corn Starch, and salt and pepper to taste to thicken bit.
Add 1 can Cream of Chicken soup. Cook for about 15 minutes on low. Add 8 oz carton of sour cream. Warm thoroughly.
Serve over noodles.
