Hemp Protein Bars

3/4 cup Rolled oats (not instant) soaked overnight then drained2 Tbsp Hemp protein powder5 Tbsp Organic peanut butter1/2 cup (not packed) Raisins1 Tbsp Honey 1/4 tsp spirulina (optional)
Soak oats overnight. Drain oats and combine all ingredients in a small bowl. Mix well. Spray a small loaf pan with olive oil and press mixture into bottom. Refrigerate for at least 45 minutes to make firm, or just enjoy right out of the bowl!
Note: If you have a dehydrator: To make the bars more firm form and place on dehydrator sheet at 115 degrees for about 4 hours. Flip the bars half way and then when finished put in the fridge.
