Ingredients
12 cups quick oats1 cup coconut1 cup walnuts1 cup slivered almonds1 1/2 tsp salt1/2 cup brown sugar3/4 cup oil1 1/2 cup water1 Tbsp vanilla
Directions
Mix dry ingredients together. Mix wet ingredients together. Add wet to dry and mix until evenly wet. Divide onto 2 cookie sheets. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes. Mix. Bake another 15-30 minutes until golden brown. REALLY good served with raisins, with milk, or on top of a fruit/yogurt parfait. You can also substitute any of your favorite nuts. Makes 32 1/2 cup servings...around that. You don't need much to fill you up!
