whole wheat pasta, two cans tuna, can cream of mushroom and can of cream of cheddar soup. Bag of frozen peas.
Boil pasta. Start peas in microwave. when done drain noodles add tuna soup and peas. Stir while on low heat heat throughly. (add milk if too thick)
