Best-ever zucchini chocolate chip cookies

1 Egg (beaten)1/2 Cup Unsweetened Applesauce1/3 C Honey1 Tbsp Vanilla Extract1 Cup oats1 Cup of Whole Wheat Flour1 tsp Baking Powder1/4 tsp salt1/4 tsp nutmeg1/4 tsp ground cinnamon1 Cup grated Zucchini1 Cup Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Mix first 4 ingredients in a large bowl. Set aside.
Mix oats, flour, baking powder, salt, nutmeg, and ground cinnamon.
Add the dry ingredients to the first mixture and stir in the zucchini and chocolate chips.
Spoon onto cookie sheet, about 2 inches apart. Bake at 350 degrees for 9-12 minutes.
