Ingredients
1 lb lean ground beef (I use regular gbeef and brown well, then add a cup of water and bring to boil: drain well and you have low fat gbeef).I2 tsp (1 pkg) taco seasoning3/4 cup waterToppings:chopped lettuce, chopped tomato and shredded cheese.
Directions
Brown ground beef, drain well. Add 3/4 cups water and 1 pkg taco seasoning. Simmer for 5 minutes.
Heat 6" soft tortillas, and fill with beef, vegetables and cheese. Top with 1 Tbls salsa each.

    Very similar to my recipe. Wasn't sure of what type of tortilla you used until I looked at the nutritional breakdown. I sauteed chopped onion with the beef. This makes a delicious taco. Thank you for sharing. - 8/27/10
