Ground Turkey Quesadillas

Ingredients
4 oz. 97% Fat Free Ground White Turkey1/2 package Taco Seasoning Mix2 Flatout Whole Wheat Flatbreads1/3 cup Salsa1/3 cup Reduced Fat Shredded 4 Cheese Mexican1/3 cup chopped onions1/3 cup chopped tomatoes1/3 cup chopped bell peppers
Directions
In frying pan cook ground turkey with 1/2 package of taco seasoning mix until turkey is no longer pink.
On a cookie sheet spread one whole wheat tortilla shell with salsa, ground turkey, onions, bell pepper, tomatoes and cheese. Top with second tortilla shell. Bake at 400 degrees for 10-15 minutes.
Makes 1 serving.
