Fruit and Nut Bars (No flour - no sugar)

3/4 cup chopped dried dates3/4 cup chopped dried figs1/2 cup water1/2 cup coarsely chopped walnuts1/2 cup coarsely chopped almonds1/2 cup coarsely chopped cashews1 cup raisins1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
In blender, combine dates, figs and water and blend until smooth. Place all ingredients in medium bowl and combine well. Press into 8" X 8" pan and bake 15 minutes. Cool and cut into squares before serving. (I baked longer because I used a smaller pan and I wanted these a little less sticky)
