Almond-Crusted Tilapia

Ingredients
1/4 cup almonds (plain or Tamari)2 tablespoons dry breadcumbs1 teaspoon garlic & herb seasoning1/8 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper1 tablespoon Dijon mustard2 6-oz tilapia filets
Directions
Place almonds, breadcumbs, seasoning, and pepper in a blender or food processor. Process 45 seconds or until finely ground. Transfer crumb mixture to a shallow dish. Cover fish with Dijon and then crumb mixture. Bake for 10 minutes (until fish is flaky or to your liking). Makes 2 servings.

    Well, I made this and it was good. However, you left part of the receip out! I took the dijon mustard and put it on the fish and then coated the fish with crumb mixture. Was that right? Rated good simply because I dont like fish - 6/17/10
