my chicken cashew

Ingredients
2 chicken breast skinless and boneless, cut into pieces1 cup water chestnuts3/4 cup of salted cashews1/2 cup of oyster sauce4 tbsp of sweet chili sauce (taste of asia)2 tbsp soy sauce4 tbsp of green onionchinese red peppers if desired
Directions
cook chicken until no longer pink in frying pan, then add water chestnnuts, and cashews, saute for a minute or two.
Add oyster sauce, chili sauce, and soy sauce. cook for another minute or two.
Finally add chopped green onions and saute until onion is slighty crisp. And if you like spicy add a few chinese red chilis in whole and if your real brave break a few open while cooking. this was 4 servings.great served over rice or noodles.
