Ingredients
6 Eggs1 Can Rotel1 LB Reduced Fat Breakfast Sausage1 Cup Skim Milk1 Cup Shredded Colby/Monterey Jack Cheese
Directions
Beat eggs, milk, slash of salt and pepper together and set to the side. Brown the sausage, onion and drained rotel in a skillet. In a 8x12 glass casserole dish, place sausage on the bottom, cover with eggs, sprinkle 1 cup of shredded cheese on the top. Bake for 30-45 mins.
