MIX ALL THE INGREDIENTS EXCEPT FOR STEAK IN BOWL, PLACE STEAK IN MARINADE REFRIGERATE FOR AT LEAST 5 HRS NO LONGER THEN 24. CAN BROIL IT OR EVEN BETTER ON THE GRILL.
