1c Yogurt (vanilla or plain)(lowfat)1T Honey1/2 Banana or one extra small banana3T Peanut Butter2T of Nutella
Directions
Blend all in the blender. Dip fruit, wheat bread cubes, pita slices, graham cracker, etc. and enjoy.
