Three split chicken breasts, skin removed3 cloves garlic, chopped fine1 shallot, chopped fine1 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil1 cup low sodium chicken stock1/2 cup low sodium Worcestershire sauce1 tsp. kosher salt
Place chicken breasts in a baking dish, and sprinkle with salt. Combine olive oil, Worcestershire sauce, chicken broth, shallot and garlic and pour over chicken. Cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees for one hour; uncover and bake 15 minutes more, or until baked through. Thicken juices with cornstarch or flour if desired.
