Beef & Potato Au Gratin

Ingredients
4.9 oz box Betty Crocker Au Gratin2 cups boiling water1/2 cup nonfat milk2 Tbsp butter1 1/3 lb 93% lean ground beef1/2 large onion, slicedPepper to taste
Directions
Preheat oven to 450*F.

Brown ground beef in a skillet, adding onions in the last few minutes to tenderize. Meanwhile, boil 2 cups of water in a separate sauce pan.

Add potatoes, sauce mix, butter, and boiling water to a large mixing bowl. Add pepper to taste, stir to mix. Fold in beef and onions. Pour mixture into 1.5-2 quart casserole dish.

Bake 20 minutes, or until sauce thickens and top is lightly browned.

Makes 6 hearty servings.
