14 oz. pkg. Turkey Smoked Sausagefresh carrotsfresh celeryfresh onionfresh bell pepper (any color-I had purple and green)crookneck yellow squash1 can diced tomatoes with no saltMrs. Dash Table BlendMrs. Dash Garlic and Herb

I cook this on the electric skillet, sauteing the carrots first since they're the most dense. Then, saute all the rest of the fresh veggies, and add the tomatoes at the very end. Serve over brown rice! Yum!

    Added some hot pepper to spice it up. Sausage makes if very high in sodium so not good for those watching sodium intake. - 3/9/12

    Yes, it does matter which kind of sausage you use... You can get it with low sodium. :o)
