Heart Healthy Whole Wheat Pancakes

Ingredients
Directions
1/4 c unsweetened applesauce1 egg1/2 tsp vanilla extract1 tbsp oil3/4 c evaporated milk (lowfat)1 tsp baking powder1/4 c whole wheat flour1/4 c soy flour1/4 c oat flour
Mix all wet ingredients together until well blended
Combine dry ingredients then add them to the wet ingredients, mix until smooth.
Refirerate mixture for 10-15 minutes
Cook in hot pan or griddle sprayed with cooking spray.
Can make 4 large cakes or divide into smaller cakes to make 8 and cut the nutritional values in half for the smaller ones.
