Quick Shrimp and Pasta

4 oz. Ronzoni Smart Pasta (measure dry- food scale)3 tbsp olive oil1 tbsp Country Crock light7 oz. shrimp (about 14 medium sized shrimp before cooking)1 oz. white zinfandel1/4 tsp. red pepper flakessalt and pepper to tastparmesan cheese optional
boil water for pasta, add and cook for 12 minutes
heat oil and butter together until melted
add pepper flakes, simmer for a minute or two
add shrimp, toss to coat
add wine, easy simmer for 3/4 minutes
dump pasta in pan, toss to mix with shrimp
add salt and pepper to taste, parmesan cheese if desired.
