Tiffney's Fresh Pico de Gallo

Ingredients
4 1/2 tomatoes, chopped1/2 red bell pepper3/4 cup finely diced sweet/white onion or 3 green onions2 jalapeno peppers (or, as we prefer but sometimes is hard to find, Serrano chilies) - seeded and minced3/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro2 cloves garlic1 1/2 teaspoons salt1 tablespoon lime juicedash of pepper (optional)
Directions
Serves 5

Directions:
In a medium bowl, stir together tomatoes, onion, chili peppers, cilantro, salt, and lime juice. Chill for one hour in the refrigerator before serving.

Prep time = from cutting the food through putting the bowl into the fridge.
