How much marsala do you add?
I tried this tonight and loved it! I tried to give it 4 stars but my iPad wasn't cooperating! A little sweet! I think I will make with sherry next time! But very good! - 10/22/10

I think I'll try this recipe and add cajun spice seasonings along with some yellow jalapeno peppers and tomatoes. - 7/5/10
