Sesame encrusted ahi tuna

Ingredients
12 ounces yellowfin tuna steaks, sashimi grade2 tbsp sesame seedsolive oil cooking spraywasabi
Directions
coat the tuna steaks with the sesame seeds. Spray cooking spray in pan. Sear the tuna steaks in skillet on medium heat for 1-2 minutes each side. Slice in thin strips. Serve with wasabi. Goes great with a nice crisp salad and healthy bread or fruit. Serves 4.
