VEDRA T: These were BEYOND AMAZING! Take my comment as a HUGE COMPLIMENT, as I'm from Oregon, where the Salmon is famous! From Alaskan to Chinook, this recipe is an absolute keeper. My hubby is hard to impress when it comes to eating healthy, and he scarfed down THREE patties! Rock on! - 8/23/10

I didn't like this dish at all. The patties didn't stay together, they were dry and very bland. - 12/5/10

I love the going back to basics ingredients. Easy to cook and the garlic is an inspired touch. I used fresh organic produce, greens and wild salmon for an exotic fresh dinner. - 7/21/10

These are wonderful! I am terrible at cooking fish, but this recipe makes it so that I can cook fish and do it easily. I will definitely make these again and again and again, etc. - 7/18/10

We enjoyed these very much. I was craving salmon and all I had was canned. This worked out perfectly. - 9/6/13

Love salmon patties, can't wait to try this version w/dill. Honey Boy brand gives 1/4 c. @ 90cal & 12g protein, so these #'s look a little off. Also, the oil in the recipe was not added to the ingr., therefore, not added to the cals of the serving, if tracking, take it into account. Thanks! - 11/5/10

These are very good but small. How big of a can of salmon did you use? - 9/7/10

This is by far, the best salmon patty I have ever made. I am pretty picky about the way salmon is cooked, as I live in Alaska and we have a lot of salmon in the freezer. It is wonderful WHEN it is well prepared. The only thing I do differently in this recipe, is I ALWAYS use FRESH dill if possibl - 7/17/16

This was really good! To the person who complained that they didn't stay together/dry/bland, try adding just a touch more milk to get them to stick together. As for the seasoning, you can always add more. I loved it as it is, but I think I might mix up the seasonings in the future, too. - 3/21/14

My husband loved these but I thought they had too much dill. Next time I'll put less dill, maybe 2t instead of 1T. - 10/29/13

These are excellent! I try to eat salmon once a week and these patties are a very tasty way to use the canned variety. I'll definitely use this recipe again- thanks! - 3/18/13

This Alaskan woman was very happy with this recipe--and then a little homesick. I put my salmon patties on top of a salad made with locally-grown california beets, and everything seemed right with the world. - 10/17/12
