Crispy Salmon Salad

Ingredients
I use ground Cumin not cumin seeds
Directions
Heat 2 tbsp of oil in a skillet. Rinse, dry and cut salmon into four servings. set aside. In a bowl add bread crumbs, salt, pepper, parsley, ground cumin and paprika. Coat the Salmon well and put in the skillet till dark and crispy. Chop the Romaine, cucumbers, spinach and Tomatoes. Serve with Squeezed Lemon.
