Dawn's morning protein smoothie

Ingredients
1 cup fresh raspberries1 cup fresh or frozen strawberries1-2 fresh or frozen bananas1 package Morinu silken soft Tofu1 12 oz container of any type apple juice concentrate (I prefer apple strawberry or apple raspberry)1 6 oz container of lite fruit yogurt
Directions
blend all ingredients until smooth. Makes approximately 8 8oz servings.
This could be made vegan if desired by omitting the yogurt
