1 stalk celery, diced1 medium Vidalia onion, diced3 garlic cloves, minced 1/2 tsp grated fresh ginger1/2 lb bean sprouts10 oz chopped baby corn14 oz coleslaw mix (I used Dole's with cabbage and carrots) 1 tsp tamari1/2 tsp allspice 1/4 tsp wasabi powderpinch crushed chili flakes 7 oz cooked baby shrimp
In a large, nonstick skillet over medium heat, saute celery and onion in a splash of water until translucent, about 6 minutes.
Add garlic, ginger, bean sprouts, baby corn and coleslaw mix. Cook 5 minutes, adding water as necessary.
Add tamari, allspice, wasabi powder and chili flakes. Saute 2 minutes longer.
Add shrimp and toss well to heat through.
