I do mine slightly differently. Instead of using milk, I mix the egg with dijon mustard. Gives it a tiny spicy kick and really locks in the moisture. - 7/14/09

I made this and it was pretty good. It needs something extra however to give the breading more pizazz. The lemon pepper needs some help. I will be making it again. - 5/28/08

I will change the spices when I make this again. My kids were not happy with the lemon flavor. - 9/21/07

This was great! I mixed a tablespoon of mustard and a tablespoon of honey and drizzled it over the top for a little extra treat. - 9/11/07
