Onion & Garlic Shells

Ingredients
2 c small shell pasta1/2 medium onion, diced1 1/2 tsp garlic, minced2 medium carrots, diced1 Tbsp EVOO2 Tbsp Ragu Tomato Sauce (1/2 c veggies in every serving variety)pinch of oregano and parsley
Directions
1. Cook pasta per package instructions
2. During last 2-3 minutes, add diced carrots to boiling pasta
3. Drain pasta & carrots
4. Return pot to low heat and add EVOO
5. Saute onions & garlic for 2 minutes
6. Add oregano, parsley, pasta, and carrots
7. Add tomato sauce and stir thoroughly
