Ingredients
Pink Salmon (canned), 1 can (remove)*Egg Beater 99% real eggs, 1 serving (remove)*Diamond Crystal - Kosher Salt, 0.25 tsp (remove)Bread crumbs, dry, grated, plain, .25 cup (remove)Parsley, dried, 1 tsp (remove)Dill weed, dried, 1 tsp (remove)*Crisco Pure Vegetable Oil, 2 tbsp (remove)*Red Onion, raw (chopped), .5 cup (remove)
Directions
Mix all ingredients, minus oil together.
heat 1/2 oil in fry pan, let it get hot.
place croquettes on fry pan, about 4-5 min ea side.
