Tuna Patties

Ingredients
6 oz. water pack Tuna, drained 2 lg. eggs1/2 c. chopped onion.Lemon pepper (to taste)Mrs. Dash Garlic & Herb Seasoning (to taste)
Directions
Mix Tuna, eggs, chopped onion & seasonings together in bowl. Heat fry pan with 1 T. olive oil, scoop tuna mixture in pan, making four patties. Brown on one side, turn and brown other side.

Makes 4 large patties, two servings.
