Homemade Chimichurri Sauce by Anita

Ingredients
1/2 cup firmly packed fresh flat leaf parsley, trimmed of thick stems3 small garlic cloves1 Tbsp fresh oregano leaves, or 1 tsp ground1/4 cup olive oil1 tbsp red or white wine vinegar1/2 tsp sea salt1/8 tsp black pepper1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
Directions
finely chop parsley, oregano and garlic - I used a small food processor, add in olive oil, vinegar, salt, pepper and red pepepr flakes. Serve at room temp. Can keep for a day or two in fridge - bring back to room temp before serving
