COMBINE INGREDIENTS THEN ( I LIKE TO PUT THE MIXTURE IN THE FRIDGE FOR A BIT COVERED WITH PLASTIC WRAP)

PRE HEAT PAN ON MED HEAT PLACE A ( FULL TURN AMOUNT) OF OIL IN PAN
(I USE EXTRA VIRGIN LIVE OIL)
THEN SHALLOW FRY 4 AT A TIME ON MED MED HIGH HEAT
COOK UNTIL THE EDGES HAVE CRISPED UP THEN FLIP AND BROWN ON OTHER SIDE
