Parsley Pesto

2 cup Parsley1 cup Basil1 medium Tomato1 clove Garlic1 small Shallot1/2 tablespoon Olive Oil3 tablespoon Balsalmic Vinegar
Directions
Put all ingredients in a food processor and blend. Add water if mixture is too thick.
