Banana Berry Smoothie

Ingredients
1 container (6 oz) Non-Fat Plain Greek Yogurt1 cup of frozen mixed berries1 medium banana3/4 cup of skim milk2 tsp Splenda
Directions
Blend all ingredients until smooth! If needed, add more milk or even ice cubes to thin it up. I add the Splenda for extra sweetness, but you can leave it out and let the berries do the sweetening for you!
