1 pkg. JIFFY Blueberry Muffin Mix2 egg whites1/3 cup skim milk or water
1) Preheat griddle or waffle iron. Grease lightly.
2) BLEND all ingredients. Batter should be lumpy. If batter thickens, add additional liquid one tablespoon at a time.
3) Cook on hot griddle or waffle iron.
Makes 10-12 pancakes or four waffles.
