Mini Kebabs with Creamy Chilli Dip

4 chicken fillets, cubed1 green pepper, cut into chunks12 cherry tomatoes250 ml (1 cup) low-oil dressing (mayo)10 ml (2 tsp) dried mixed herbs5 - 10 ml (1 - 2 tsp) chilli sauce
1. Soak wooden kebab sticks in water before using.
2. Thread 2 pieces of chicken with a tomato and piece of green pepper onto small skewers.
3. Mix dressing, sauce and herbs together. Set aside half the mixture and roll kebabs in the remaining mixture.
4. Place kebabs on a foil-lined baking tray and grill until the chicken is cooked.
5. Serve with the remaining mixture as a dip.
