2 Cups Salad Greens, Romaine or Spring Mix4 Slices, 1/4 inch thick, Red Ripe Tomato4 Slices, About 2 oz., Fresh Mozzarella2 T. Fresh chopped BasilSaltPepperItalian dressing
Lightly salt the tomatoes. Put the Salad Greens on a plate. Lay the Mozzarella and Tomatoes in an overlapping pattern on top of the greens. Sprinkle on the chopped basil. Add fresh ground pepper to taste. Use Italian dressing lightly.
